CHA2025 Conference

We were absolutely thrilled to attend this year’s #CHA2025 Conference. A standout event that brings together passionate leaders, dedicated practitioners, and inspiring advocates from across the residential care sector.

Representing PSS Care Group, our Head of Residential Services joined our Director and Responsible Individual to take part in meaningful conversations, share best practices, and explore fresh ideas to help improve outcomes for the children and young people we support.

Back at PSS Care Group today, the energy is high as we reflect on everything we experienced over the past two days and on the incredible journey we’ve been on as an organisation over the last year.

We were especially inspired by powerful contributions from Dr Lisa Holmes, the teams behind Smash Life and Hood Lessons, Satveer Nijjar, the Lifelong Links programme, and many more. Each speaker brought valuable insight, motivation, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Events like #CHA2025 are vital. They give us time to reflect on our practice, build strong sector wide partnerships, and reaffirm our deep commitment to the children and young people at the heart of everything we do.

We return energised, informed, and more determined than ever to keep making a lasting difference.
