Leading a therapeutic children’s home with the young person at the centre of all practice. Responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team, ensuring the home is run effectively, safely, and in line with regulatory standards.

The role requires strong collaboration with the wider professional network, promoting positive outcomes and supporting young people to develop independence and achieve their full potential.

We pride ourselves on creating environments where both young people and staff feel valued, supported, and respected.
