Double Success for PSS Care Group at the National Children & Young People Awards

At PSS Care Group, we often talk about the importance of relationships, consistency and creating environments where children and young people can feel safe, valued and supported to thrive. This week, we're incredibly proud to see that commitment recognised on a national stage.

We are delighted to share that Invictus House has been named a finalist in the National Children & Young People Awards 2026 in the Children's Home Team (South) category.

Alongside this achievement, Sara, Registered Manager at Marula House, has also been announced as a finalist in the Children's Home Manager (South) category.

These nominations are a fantastic reflection of the dedication, passion and commitment demonstrated every day by our colleagues across PSS Care Group.

Working in residential childcare is about so much more than providing care. It is about helping young people build trust, develop confidence, overcome challenges and create brighter futures.

Whilst these nominations rightly celebrate Invictus House and Sara's incredible achievements, they also represent the collective effort of everyone who contributes to creating positive outcomes for children and young people across our organisation.

Sara's nomination as a finalist for Children's Home Manager (South) is a testament to her leadership, dedication and unwavering commitment to creating a nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people.

Likewise, the recognition of Invictus House highlights the power of teamwork. Great outcomes for children are never achieved by one person alone. They are achieved through strong relationships, shared values and a collective commitment to helping young people succeed.
