Welcome to Nyala House – where every young person’s journey matters.

Nyala House is a beautifully designed, traditional home registered to care for up to four young people aged 10–18, of mixed gender, who may be facing emotional and behavioural challenges.

What makes Nyala House special is the sense of space both physical and emotional. Set in a quiet village, the calm surroundings offer a gentle retreat from the everyday hustle, creating the perfect setting for healing and growth.

Inside, the home is warm, spacious, and tastefully decorated to feel truly lived-in and loved. With four cosy bedrooms and welcoming communal areas, we make sure every young person feels safe, seen and supported.

At Nyala House, we take a person-centred approach to care nurturing each young person’s unique strengths, building trust, and creating the space for them to imagine and work towards a brighter future.

We’re also proud to offer solo placements or dual placements for siblings, allowing us to respond flexibly and compassionately when previous placements may have broken down. Whether a young person needs time to themselves or is preparing to transition into a group setting, we’re here to meet them where they are.
